Exchanges

Products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery only if:

• The item is damaged, defec=ve or faulty.

• The wrong product was delivered.

• An item is missing from the package.

Customers must provide clear pictures/videos of the product and packaging when raising a claim.

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, exchange or store credit.

Customers are responsible for checking product details, sizes and selec=ons before placing an order.

Payments are processed through secure payment providers. TUY does not store complete credit or debit card details.

Customer informa=on may be used for order processing, delivery, customer support, marke=ng and fraud preven=on in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
